Job Description Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple complex projects, tasks and issues Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to comfortably lead, encourage and motivate a group Solid business knowledge of the brokerage industry Deep understanding of Cash Management processing. Fidelity Profile experience a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience in presenting to senior management Ability to work within a team environment with resource in multiple geographic locations Experience managing others a plus Minimum of 57 years relevant industry experience Minimum of 57 years Technology Project Management experience in a crossfunctional environment PMP certification a plus Bachelor degree in business, finance, or related field.
