REQUIRED SKILLS 1 In depth knowledge working with desktop OS, Laptops, applications and peripherals2 Hands on knowledge installing/modifying system3 Working knowledge of server systems, network, data communications and troubleshooting of same4 Indepth knowledge of diagnostic hardware and software tools.5 Working knowledge of networking topologies and protocols.6 Working knowledge of IT security, emphasis on VPN technologies7 Indepth knowledge of remote access tools and wireless networks Remote Desktop, VPN, WiFi, aircards etc.8 Excellent verbal and written communication skillsADDITIONAL SKILLS 1 Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.2 Excellent customer service skills.3 Knowledge/experience supporting telephony a plus4 Knowledge of backend desktop tools SMS, LANDesk, Active Directory
