RESPONSIBILITIES Must have experience with Hansen Must deep subject matter expertise in one or more of the areas above (customer service, meter reading/mobile, service/work order, billing, financials, etc.). Must have experience as a the technical lead (i.e., responsible for infrastructure, architecture, instance management, portal, security, etc.) OR the development lead (i.e., responsible for managing all of the design and development activities for enhancements, interfaces, conversions, etc.) OR the business information lead (i.e., responsible for data warehouse, reporting, etc.).START
