Description
Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. May include handson new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations. xhtml, javascript, CSS, Ajax, JQuery, JSF/Java Roles and Responsibilities Full cycle web application development design, development, debugging, testing, deployment.Product enhancements, requriements analysis.Strong communication skills with team and clientsCreate technical documentation and release notes Minimum of 3 year experience in Web Application Development (X)HTML, Javascript, CSS Ajax/DHTML XML JQuery, Dojo, or Prototype Java, JSF Strong understanding of clientside and backend JSP code integration including best practices in which functionality should run where Good knowledge of SQL (Oracle preferred) Experience with JSF/Struts/Spring MVC or another web framework is required. Experience with building, deploying and maintaining a web application. Experience with version control software Crossbrowser compatibility issues Able to map functional requirements to a design SelfStarter who can Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently Strong communication skills Working in an Agile/Scrum environment Richfaces experience a plus Experience with open source software (ant, JUnit, iBatis, etc) a plus
