Solutions Architect - Genesys

Description

VXML, Java, Genesys 7.6 platform installation, configuration and support, Nuance 9.0 speech recognition technology, Genesys Framework (CTI), Call routing, Telephony and Avaya. Genesys certification is preferred. Very high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivates employees, and elicits work output. Creates and owns the conceptual solution architecture for the IVR/VRU platform, including all the applications that are involved in the program. Work with various individuals both on business and IT side, internal and/or external to the team, through out the project life cycle for successful implementation of projects/work requests on Genesys IVR/VRU platform and provide deployment and post production support as needed. Owns the data flow between applications for the program solution. Understands the business process design across applications for the program solution. Delivers the integration architecture for the program solution data, process. Delivers the program artifacts for the Analysis Tollgate and checkpoint. Works the above by fitting within the enterprise architecture policies, footprint and standards. Works the above by fitting within the context of the portfolio future state
