Description
The Application Expert provides business and procedural system knowledge as well as particular expertise. The AE is responsible for systems configuration and for any tasks that arises within an application project. The application expert provides software and application solution expertise according to respective module / products and legacy systems( as required). He/she works primarily in the processes of problem/incident management and change management to ensure existing functionality within the productive environment. Application expert is responsible for his/her consulting delivery, quality and facilities systems audits. May server as Project manager for low to moderately complex projects.
