5 years in Primary Data applications; Exp. with Market Data platforms and Architecture; Bloomberg, reuters, IDC; Knowledge of Real time Systems, Networking, Telecommunications, MessagingAbility to formulate best fit Market Data strategy, vendor optimization and cost controlComprhensive knowledge of financial markets and Instruments and the supporting Market Data Content.Project management, ITIL and SDLCBachelors degree or equivilant experience.Business Analysis skills; Able to articulate solutions that balance business requirement agains business drivers and standards.Vendor management skills Articulate requirements, license management, problem management.Execution skills Ability to priortize and execute manage workloads; Accountable for results.Matrix management and collaborative skills Ability to work effectively with partners from Business, AD, Infrastructure, Architecture, Networks, Production Management, Vendors without need for close supervision.
