Description Developer Database (Expert) Candidate must be able to develop, test, debug and finetune complex PL/SQL in a large scale environment. Candidate requires strong working experience developing PL/SQL for Oracle 9i and 10g databases.Functional background Direct involvement in the development, testing, debugging and finetuning of PL/SQL Direct involvement in reverse engineering and modernization of existing code Demonstrated experience collaborating with others in design and implementation of complex data integration deliverables General abilities needed Ability to lead other engineers and direct work. Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving. Ability to identify solutions and at times work independently with somewhat nebulous requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent communication skills; contractor needs to explain complex technologies in layman terms. Flexible and adaptable to changing roles and various levels of responsibility. Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group. Ability to exercise high degree of professionalism.
