Lead QA -Software Developer

Description

Qualifications Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications. Skills 5+ years of handson test strategy leadership and execution experience for Web and Telephony applications with a strong User Interface focus. Programming skills in at least one programming and one scripting language e.g. FLASH, Flex, AS3, Java, MXML, XML Demonstrated effective QA project management, oral and written communication skills in a software development and/or quality assurance role Prior experience with Web Portal and web services test automation using test tools (e.g. CS3/CS4 development environments, FlexBuilder, Selenium, Cruisecontrol, JUnit etc...) and related testing practices is highly desired. Deep Flash/Flex or REST Web Application testing and troubleshooting knowledge to independently identify analyze and define complex quality enhancing feature sets in a precise manner. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism. Prior experience with QA test case management, code management and issue management system is must. (e.g. Testlink, Jira, Bugzilla, Perforce..) Education Candidate must have a Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
