Qualifications Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications.Skills 3+ years of demonstrated software design and development experience involving Web portal applications, Webservices and related infrastructure. 3+ years of handson programming skills in at least one programming and one scripting language e.g. FLASH, Flex, AS3, Java, MXML, XML Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills in a software development and/or quality assurance role Prior experience with Web Portal and web services test automation using test tools (e.g. CS3/CS4 development environments, FlexBuilder, Selenium, Cruisecontrol, JUnit etc...) and related testing practices is highly desired. Deep Flash/Flex Web Application Development knowledge to independently identify analyze and define complex quality enhancing feature sets in a precise manner. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism.Education Candidate must have a Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
