Job Description Sr. consultant with SAP ECM ( Enterprise Compensation Management) experience , at least 1 ECM implementation experience. Should be experienced in SAP US Payroll and have good understanding of SAP HR. Specific skills needed are Expert in Enterprise Compensation management with following technical skills Technical skills requirements Knowledge of Merit/Equity Budgeting in ECM Configuration of Merit/Equity in ECM Soft skills Excellent communication skills as these are client facing position Assertive and Go getter Ability to translate business requests into technical specs and develop the same Ability to work with both CCE deployment and business teams. SAP experience 5+ years
