Must have experience doing these activities Develops the overall technical and end user training plan Coordinates the technical training sessions Develops the end user training courses Conducts end user training Conduct trainthetrainer sessionsActivitiesThe activities consist of Assisting City training staff with tailoring the standard Lagan eCM application training material for the Citys internal end user training. This end user training material will cover the use of the Lagan eCM software with the applicable configured service requests.Assisting the City training staff with the preparation of one internal training course (specifically on the use of Lagan software) for delivery to internal City staff, and participating in the course (a maximum of two sessions) as a subject matter experts to provide guidance.DeliverablesConsultant will provide the following deliverables One End User Guide (Configuration Guide) for the Mayors 24 Hour Hotline and departmental users (using the Lagan eCM application as configured for the City of San Antonio)this guide will describe all of the service requests that were configured for each department.
