Lead Systems Analyst

Description

The Lead Systems Analyst will be responsible for one or more projects to coordinate with business analysts in defining scope, specifying detailed applications and data requirements, identifying impacts to systems and interfaces. Must also document results all results and communicate effectively to all team members. Project details Regence is doing a migration of their Legacy Systems to Facets companywide. They are looking for 68 lead analysts to put together a team and manage the analysis of the changes being made. Required Skills Must have experience with FACETS applicationsExperience with leading Legacy conversions to Facets is required (Specifically some experience with some or all of the following Pharmacy, Claims, CBCs, EOBs, and Accumulators).Experience leading at least 2 or more Agile projects. 7+ years IT experience. Requirements gathering from business stakeholders, functional specifications, JAD sessions, test/use case definition, EDI project experience, and data analysis. MS office, general UML skills are required. SQL experience is a strong plus. Previous Healthcare experience, 5+ years systems analysis and requirements gathering, data analysis, functional definitions are required. Communication skills (both written and verbal) must be excellent. .
