Ability to understand/analyze business requirements (even if partial/incomplete) & translate into test planHands on experience/knowledge on DW&BI in testing/development/Biz Analyst rolesHands on experience/knowledge on Business Objects/Microstrategy in testingGood understanding of testing process & ability to formulate strong Test Strategy/PlanExcellent analytical abilities & test design abilitiesShould be conversant with PL/SQLExcellent communication skills, project leadership experience & experienced onsite coordinator for offshore teamProject Management experience/skills
