Technical oversight of Monitor Sales BOE migration and Account Reporting projects. Shared responsibility for project planning and delivery of project objectives on schedule within budget.Set skill development objectives for ongoing development and support of Business Objects suite of tools incorporating industry best practices. Develop optimal knowledge transfer process to achieve required skill level. Delegate tasks designed to complete project deliverables and expedite knowledge transfer, monitor results and provide remediation feedback if necessary. Monitor and report skill development progress and respond to skill gaps.Knowledge transfer of BOE Universe design and optimization utilizing both SAP and SQL data repositories.Knowledge transfer of Xcelsius deployment strategy, i.e. how to optimize dashboard functionality, appropriate uses, etc. Responsible for technical design based on business requirements and functional design.
