Highly skilled individuals with the ability to lead automation independently and work with Test Lead to determine what should be automated and what data needs to be set up.3. Ability to create an automation framework from requirements and test scenarios.4. Ability to understand application/system dependencies for creating test data5. Methodical research skills6. Independent, Selfstarter with good work ethic 7. Accuracy is important 8. Team player who works well with others 9. Excellent communication & documentation skills 10. Quick Learner 11.
