Technical Requirements 57 years experience in IT development specializing in Java, XML Parsing, XML Binding and Database programming using persistence frameworks Indepth applied knowledge of following technical skills is a MUST Java 1.5 or higher (should rate 7/10) XML Parsing using DOM, SAX and STAX (should rate 8/10) XML Binding frameworks (JAXB or Xstream) (should rate 7/10) IBATIS Persistence frameworks (should rate 7/10) Development with Eclipse IDE (should rate 78/10) Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science Knowledge of design patterns and Java coding best practices Other CompetenciesA proven track record for the timely delivery of high quality project deliverables (at least two references will be needed) Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills Works proactively and is a team player Able to thrive in detail oriented, and highpressured environments Other Requirements Experience references (at least two references) Copy of degree certificates (year of graduation should be mentioned explicitly on the resume)
