Design/Documentation Ability to generate Software design specificationsAbility to generate designs to support new requirements on an existingsystemAbility to understand requirements documents and high levelarchitectureProgramming Object oriented development utilizing ActionScriptProficiency utilizing the Flex framework.Graphics programming bitmap and vector manipulations. Manipulation.Styling/skinning of Flex applications.XML/XSD/Web Services Representational State TransferAbility to generate and work with XML schemasExperience with frameworks such as SWIZ and Cairngorm.Knowledge of localization techniquesIntegrating Flex and JavaScript applications. JavaScript developmentexperience is a plus.Good knowledge of software algorithms and design patternsExperienceo History of successful software commercialization projectso Knowledge and proven execution of Software Development processes(e.g., SCM)o Strong organization skills, selfmotivated, team playero Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
