Description
RBS is putting together a team of 4 business analysts to work on an 18 month global commercial lending project. As of now, they are not able to accurately answer the question, where are all of my assets located, globally. The goal is to be able to bring all of the information back into a centralized architecture. This will allow for accurate reporting and insure that they do not hedge the same single asset twice. The job of the BA's will be to act as a liason between business and IT, while identifying and documenting business requirements, collaborating in the design of business solutions, and contributing to the implementation of business improvement. The ideal candidates have a background in commercial lending, specifically Loan Syndication, Portfolio Management, Bookrunning and Loan IQ or ACBS. Top 3 skill sets 1.) 5+ years of work as a BA; gathering and documenting requirements in the commercial lending arena.2.) Experience in two or more of the following.... Portfolio Management, Bookrunning, Loan IQ or ACBS, and Syndication. 3.) Experience acting as a liason between business and IT. Business Challenge to Customer When sending these loans out to secondary markets, they have no accurate reporting system in place to identify where there assets are globally. Therefore, they run the risk of hedging the same asset twice. This includes identifying a comprehensive set of risks, understanding the impact of these risks, and developing effective counter measures to mitigate and eliminate risks.
