Description
The Project Manager Consultant (LEAN Master) supports the adoption of LEAN in Information Technology at State Street by leading and participating in all aspects of LEAN planning and execution, PMO establishment, pilot training, pilot execution and measurement. Responsibilities Assist in set up of IT LEAN PMO, leveraging industry best practices Assist with LEAN roadmap for IT Participate in LEAN pilot selection Lead current state and target state assessment phases, help the pilot teams identify opportunities for improvement Coach and train pilot teams in LEAN principles, tools, and techniques Conduct LEAN activities, including but not limited to data collection, workshops, interviews Assist the pilot teams with defining, implementing, and reporting the appropriate measures Assist the IT LEAN PMO with collection and reporting of measures and progress
