3 5 years of experience Ability to work in a matrix managed team Adept at persuasion, delegation, problem solving, and people management Able to foster/maintain teamwork Ability to manage expectations Ability to work under tight deadlines Ability to create and manage change 3 5 years of solution support team with a multifaceted role solving problems and diagnosing complex issues 3 5 years of complex system and problem solving including problem diagnosis, development of functional requirements, system design documentation, system test plans and other related documentation 3 years of direct system experience with TIBCO (BisinessWorks, iProcess, Policy Manager, Active Matrix, EMS, RV, Business Factor, iProcess Decigions) Direct system reporting experience
