Responsibilities Troubleshoot equipment and identify problems Repair and/or modify equipment, products, and programs Identify process improvement opportunities Mentor/train new technicians Assist in installation and relocation planning Develop and implement procedures to minimize equipment downtime Requirements Experience with IBM AS/400, PSeries and Mainframe and associated I/O equipment Advanced Knowledge of SUN, HP/Compaq Proliant or Dell servers and storage platforms Experience with HP Integrity/HP9000 equipment Experience with EMC Celerra\CX & DMX equipment
