Application Solutions Architect for ICD 9 to ICD 10

Project Description Client is cross walking ICD9 into ICD10 so processing can be performed within the processing system based upon ICD10, as well as the reversed. The architect must have enterprise architecture background one who understands conceptual, logical and reference architecture patterns and principles. Proficient in working with the business and application teams to develop effective solutions to business problems. 1) CIP (clinical information platform) totally new used to interact with their claims system and a (.NET based). CIP holds information on referrals, it processes claims to ensures such things as having the right referrals from primary care physicians etc. 2) Trizetto Facets Workflow (Sr. Space consumer side) not a new implementation, but a consolidation with their claims system. Trizetto takes claims administration and customer service to higher levels of productivity and costeffectiveness. Position is for someone with .net architecture experience and Trizetto facets. This is part of a commercial, large national account type group product marketed to Sr. Consumers to submit healthcare claims to Trizetto. Systems are used internally and some external people that use these for in house operations (people that take claims, trizetto facets, care planner, and medical management). Technologies Microsoft, C#, SQL server, mainframe, java She wants the architects coming from primarily a .NET environment, and it is a plus if they have also been involved with java/mainframe technologies (should be comfortable in system interfaces with mainframe system and other type of systems that are java based for the consolidation efforts). Requirements someone that has health insurance background/medical management experience (clinical integration platform) grew up through development ranks, was an architect for at least 57 years high level solution design (NOT physical design, but conceptual/logical) Look at the landscape of the system, integration patterns and work with app dev areas to do the solution designing The more development experience this person has, the better. Trizetto Facets and ICD 9/10 experience would be a plus
