Job Title IT Project Analyst Years Experience 35 years Description This is a process management role where the incumbent will be responsible for learning our existing systems and processes then working with the administrators of these systems and processes to improve and enhance each where possible. The selected individual must be able to lead others to consensus then hold them accountable for adoption and implementation. This position will be responsible for preparing business cases, cost estimates, project schedules, detail work plans, status reporting, coordinating work assignments and monitoring the performance and quality of projects needed to enhance the processes and systems. Skills Excellent negotiation skills. Must be able to work with internal staff as well as vendors and outside consultants. Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal track record. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Power Point and Excel required. Knowledge of NERC CIP or other Cyber Security regulatory standards a plus. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, product installations and HR systems a plus.
