Responsibilities Responsible for delivery and support (24/7)of Web Application software solutions. Responsible to meet the funchtional needs of the Business Requestors while maintaining a consistent and progressive roadmap with IBM Websphere and Endeca partners. Keeping development efforts on time and on budget. Is an active partner with our PMO Vendor Partners, and Business Partners to bring best Practice designs to support West Marines long term goals. Qualifications 510 years experience leading Ecommerce Application Development team. Minimum 5 years Retail Direct Experience. Minimum 3 years experience with Websphere Ecommerce V6, Java, Endeca, DB2, and SQL required. Experience with Micros Serenade a plus. Strong Written and verbal communication skills. Able to translate Technical communications to NonTechnical audience.
