Description
The primary responsibility will be to take approved requirements and turn them into sitecore cms driven pages and modules. This would include items such as writing .net code, database design/queries, html/css development and initial qa for one of the largest food sites in the country. This candidate should be well versed in caching strategies and the dos and donts of web development. Mandatory Experience Expert/Guru in Working experience with Sitecore CMS This is the highest ranked mandatory skill it is a must. Candidate must have at least 1 year working experience with Sitecore CMS.Working experience with Visual StudioASP.net development using VB.netSQL Server experience writing and optimizing queries Cross browser testing & rendering workarounds Experience doing public Internet website as opposed to applications or intranet sites. Nice to haves Working experience with Team Foundation Server for source controlAdobe Photoshop Just need fundamentals such as slicing and optimizing graphics CSS Stylesheets developmentCSS Tableless HTML development Graphic optimizationSlicing and exporting of graphics
