RCP Developer

Description

Required Soft Skills Code, install, and debug user interfaces using appropriate tools or editors. Identify, recommend, and prioritize new user interface features and applications in conjunction with enduser requirements or business needs. Plan and implement usability tests throughout development lifecycle and analyze results for resolving GUIdesign issues. Present and conduct reviews of user interface designs with Project Managers, stakeholders, and other involved parties. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with proprietary or internallydeveloped user interfaces. Document design, testing, and requirementsgathering processes and procedures. Must be able to perform in a dynamic, multiteam environment Selfmanaged, but be able to cheerfully able to follow direction Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SWT widgets, containers, and layouts along with their interactions Understanding of RCP concepts such as views, editors, perspectives, and actions Good grasp of JFace viewers, providers, etc Looking for specific implementation experience in Eclipse plugin development Optional Skills EJB's Object Relational tools such as Hibernate, OJB, iBatis, TopLink, etc... SOA (WebServices, Jini, CORBA, etc...) UML RUP/XP experience Experience with ticket managment/issue tracking solutions
