Description
Description Function responsible for developing technical designs, systems development, testing, implementation, control and maintenance of systems within the Energy Data Management Systems. Ensures secure, efficient, and economic development of applications and processing with adequate safeguards for both security and integrity. Coordinates technical studies and evaluations of business area needs and technological alternatives with IT and business area managers. Participates in the development of proposed project plans, customizations, standards and procedures to ensure projects are aligned with standards and IT strategy. Responsibilities apply to all disciplines of application development including, but not limited to, Web, client/server, and mainframe applications, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages, and application integration.
