webMethods Team Lead

Description

Indepth experience with the webMethods Platform (6.x or higher), including the Integration Server, Broker, Modeler/Designer, and at least one major Adapter (JDBC, SAP, etc.). (In rare cases, indepth experience with another EAI platform may be acceptable.) Previous experience managing teams of 3 or more resources in an EAI or EDI environment. Experience assembling functional specifications for integration projects (EAI, EDI, or both). Experience with ERP software packages such as SAP or Oracle. Knowledge of database technology and SQL. Experience assembling functional specifications and technical design documents for webMethods projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrable ability to speak clearly and effectively in meetings. Experience and expertise solving complex integration challenges. (The selected candidate will need to be able to successfully convey how they can provide this expertise.) Experience creating basic Project plans. Desired capabilities include Web services/SOA architecture experience. Experience with EDI translation packages (GENTRAN Basic for OS/390 or later preferred). Lowlevel understanding of Business Process Management principles and successful design/architecture. Lowlevel understanding of Service Oriented Architecture principles and successful design/architecture. Experience with network architecture, Operating System capability sets, etc. Experience creating detailed Project plans. Experience using either Earned Value Management principles or something similar to EVM principles.
