Description
Role/ Skills required Peoplesoft Consultant who can tune SQL statements, with some T&L exposure MUST HAVE 5 years of Peoplesoft Technical HCM experience Specifically Time and Labor Must have expertise with SQL statement/reports. Excellent comm. skillsIssue A premium rate for night crew was established for eve location and stored in a custom PeopleSoft table Any associate whose shift begins, and whose first punch of the shift occurs between 9 45 PM and 3 00 AM for BRU or between 9 00 PM and 3 00 AM for TRU, has the premium rate applied to their base pay rate for all hours worked during that shift. The shiftbegin time is determined by the prior punch. If the prior punch is more than 3 hours old, RTEAM considers the new punch as the beginning of a new shift. (This prevents an associate who is returning from a dinner break after 9 45 pm from receiving the night crew premium.) Three Time Recording Codes (TRCs) have been established, to identify hours paid at these premium rates, in payroll. These codes are NCREG Night Crew Regular NCOT Night Crew Overtime NCDT Night Crew Double Time The night crew premium is applied to the associates pay as base rate + shift premium. Hours worked are given the proper TRC using that rate. The Weekly Elapsed Time page will not allow entry of NCREG, NCOT, and NCDT hours. These TRCs can only be used when calculating punched time via the time administration process, and may not be entered as elapsed time. The payable time detail page was changed to make the override rate field display only.
