Automotive Project Manager

Description

Minimum 3 to 4 years of Project Management experience in both development. Responsible for managing all the incidents with meeting the service levels of all the applications in scope. This responsibility includes applications supported by both Michelin and Wipro. Coordinate Sev1, Sev2 and Sev 3 resolution with Michelin, Wipro, IBM, or any other support team Crisis management for A1 and A2 applications. Drive RCA for all the tickets. Create RCA Skeleton and JIRA ticket. Fill out the forms for Monthly nonconformity for EDMS, Payroll, QuickR & TruTrack Manage Change Management process for enhancements and Break fix Provide coordination for Infrastructure release testing e.g. Shark upgrade Review customer feedback on ticket resolution and take required actions Review Disaster recovery plan for EDMS and Payroll provided by IBM VISO Manage break fix testing and deployment Update Clarity monthly with Marche Courant (Production Support) issues/risks/achievements for MPM discussion Resource Management Resource management of Wipro resources at onsite and offshore. Track and reporting the actual effort from the Wipro resources. On time arrival of resource to office by 8 00 AM and ensure resources work for 8 hours during business hours Cross training / backup of support resources
