ILU Contracts. LCCC uses a construct called the Instructional Load Unit(ILU) to establish contracts with faculty. Needed is a person who can (a)understand the ILU approach to generating faculty contracts, (b) understandthe data we have in PeopleSoft 9.0 Campus Solutions (CS) and Human CapitalManagement (HCM) modules, (c) understand a preexistent design specificationaround this work, and (d) implement the design spec. using SQR's. Thecontract generation reports will (e) need thoroughly tested and (f) movedinto production. The individual will also be required to (g) document and(h) report status throughout the project and provide functional leads with(i) explanation and (j) training in operations. Overall project time frame April 19 May 21, 2010. Key dates May 24th 1st pay date under thecontracts, June 4th summer classes begin.Position 2) HR Leave Accrual/Rapid Time Entry. LCCC looks to implement the PeopleSoft9.0 HCM module HR/BEN features of Leave Accrual and Rapid Time Entry. Thisinitiative involves (a) an initial training component to establish thoroughunderstanding of operations of the PeopleSoft 9.0 HCM Leave Accrual andRapid Time Entry components, (b) define leave accrual business processes inforce at the college consistent with the college's needs, operatingprocedures, and what procedures are defined by the system components, (c)configuration of the system (mostly complete this work has been previouslyworked on, especially on the leave accrual side), (d) testing, and (e) moveinto production. The individual will also be required to (f) document and(g) report status throughout the project and provide functional leads with(h) explanation and (i) training in operations. The individual willbe needed to (j) provide support on time and materials basis through to July16, 2010. Overall project time frame April 19 June 18, 2010, withsupport through July 16, 2010. July 1 new fiscal year, employee benefitsimplemented.
