Project Description During 2018, Entertainment Publications initiated Program Breakthrough in an effort to simplify existing business processes and replace existing systems with the goals to Reduce cost of sales and operations Improve customer service Bring new products to market more quickly Upgrade older technology currently in place Replace custom code with packaged products Extend IT infrastructure and services capability to support strategic initiatives.Position We are seeking a BI Solution Architect to augment the project team in support of the business vision. The candidate must posses strong skills in implementing BI Models, has strong analytical skills and effective in capturing business requirements. This resource must have excellent skills in Business Object tools from a functional and technical capability. The Business Analyst is willing to work under the direction of the project manager Customer Service Team and function as the Requirements Lead. The Business Analyst is willing to work with the Project manager supporting the business goals and objectives. Individual may define, develop and maintain more complex technical specifications, complex reports, test plans, and system / functional requirements. The BA will have experience working with large organizations and have a good understanding of PM Methodology. The Business Analyst Understands the business issues and challenges of client's organization and industry Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement Reviews and edits requirements, functional specifications and system design specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution Trains others through both formal and informal training programs
