Description

Required skills 6+ years of experience in IT 35 years of ASP.NET development experience C# NET 3.0 preferred, but 2.0 acceptable Web Services (SOAP, WCF) XML Solid understanding of Object Oriented concepts Previous experience with MS web development tools Exposure to open source technologies Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements Previous experience with the development of data verification methods and other testing and implantation activities Minimum 6 years experience in IT Minimum 36 months medium to large projects utilizing desired technology Experience includes use of UML and/or Rational Methodology Understands and has experience with most aspects of project management methodologies and techniques (status reporting, issue management, risk management, implementation planning, etc.) and is able to participate and contribute in the associated activities Participated in at least 2 complete project life cycles (analysis/design/construction/QA/implementation) Outstanding written and oral communication skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of SQL Expectations Willingness to work overtime as needed to support deadlines Willingness to mentor others without impacting ones own work Produces software artifacts with a focus on reusability and maintainability Willingness to comply with administrative requirements (status reports, time submittal, participate in team meetings, etc.)
