Jack Links recently began an SAP implementation. When the Data Warehousing modules are up and going, this person will help get meaningful data and information to the executives for review. Work with the outsourced SAP team and the inhouse IT team to coordinate the business intelligence gathering to drive reports and dashboardstyle key indicators information for business leaders.This person is not expected to be an SAP developer or SAP BW developer; background can be Microsoft developmentbut should have evolved into a Business Intelligence capacity.Minimum Job Qualifications A 4 year degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent work experience 7 10 years of practical development experience Thorough understanding of SDLC principles and best practices Proficient in project management principles Proficient in estimating work and delivering to plan Thorough understand of Microsoft technologies Experience supporting, interfacing and configuring third party software Technically proficient Handson software troubleshooting experience Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies Highly selfmotivated and directed Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities Business Application programming experience/training Knowledge of testing and documentation procedures Knowledge of project analysis techniques Strong written or oral communication skills Ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel Experience and ability with working both independently and In a teamoriented collaborative environment Excellent attention to detail Travel required 10% Valid driver's license and insurable. Desirable Qualifications Experience with SAP systems Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing ETL experience Experience with programming in Visual Basic MCSD certification
