Program Manager

Description

The Program Manager for will oversee programs to ensure that web, ecommerce, and general online initiatives are carried out in accordance with company requirements, schedules, decisions and budgets. The role involves coordination of internal departments (marketing, sales, IT, software development, customer service, operations) and external partners (ecommerce provider, web design partner, customer support partner, and fulfillment partner) in order to successfully deliver projects. A successful program manager will inspire collaboration, execute online projects successfully, and assist in setting strategies to grow ecommerce revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for Driving crossfunctional and cross partner execution of programs for jawbone.com, from requirements to delivery, ensuring that programs are delivered on time with high quality, within budget and in accordance with stated business and technical objectives. Proposing workable solutions to problems by analyzing business tradeoffs among alternatives, and driving recommendations and decisions. Defining and monitoring key web and ecommerce metrics, making recommendations to improve business results. Managing ongoing website updates and daytoday ecommerce operations. Minimum requirements 4+ years of web project management experience 2+ years of crossfunctional ecommerce management experience Familiarity with online analytics and direct marketingSkills and experience Selfstarter with the willingness, and desire, to roll up your sleeves and get the job done in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, startup environment. Experience managing multiple projects under tight timeline pressure. Includes developing detailed project plans, identifying dependencies and resource constraints, setting milestones and tracking progress against them, escalating issues. Experience being fully accountable for program performance. Solid understanding of web and ecommerce operations and technologies. Proven success in driving complex projects within executive management, product management, engineering and other crossfunctional teams.
