Description
Technical skills Strong system administration knowledge of Oracle and SQL systems. Other database knowledge a plus (SQL, DB2 or Sybase). Ability to perform database analysis of components and configuration for database migrations. Ability to implement migration/consolidation/upgrade strategy which includes source to target migrations and cutover. Knowledge of database migration best practices required. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive issues to completion on an aggressive schedule.
