ETL Developer

Description

Required skills Informatica, ETL, mappings & workflows, Oracle. Preferred background with IDE/IDQ 1. Analyzes user requirements, develops and implement ETL processes to extract data from heterogeneous systems into a common repository for analytics and adhoc queries. 2. Provides in depth data quality and profiling analysis.3. Develops ETL functional and technical specifications, mappings and workflows in a disparate environment.4. Creates and/or expands existing Data Marts (both physical and logical) to meet the organizational needs of operational and clinical decision makers. 5. Work closely with other Admin's, technical staff, analyst staff and vendors to design database and data mart models.6. Provides support & administration of the ETL tool in 24x7 cluster environment. 7.Manages and monitors performance, data integrity, design, availability, security, data modeling, upgrades, and patches for both test and production databases.8. Manages and lead small projects.9. Establishes and implements new or revised systems requirements or procedures. 10. Coordinate activities of project team and act as a source for direction, training and guidance for less experienced departmental staff. 11.Collaborates with peers and business analysts to develop best practices (code review, change management, data dictionary management, etc.), standard naming conventions for ETL.12. Other duties as assigned.
