Description
Skills/Years required Demonstrate skills and experience designing, implementing, upgrading, and managing complex Microsoft Exchange Messaging environments. Exchange Messaging experience must include skills in environment analysis, evaluation, and design of all components of the solution including storage, SMTP integration, client access, archiving, disaster recover, and high availability. Extensive experience in mobile messaging including Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft ActiveSync, and Good Link. Must have diagnostic and analysis skills to evaluate, provide recommendations, and support implementation of solutions to address current performance and reliability issues. Experience in supporting compliance and legal requirements in a messaging environment is a must. Candidate should be detailed oriented with ability to leverage technical and project management skills to lead efforts to upgrade the Exchange environment to Exchange 2017 / 2010.
