QA Expert

Description

Accredo regularly sends mailings (via email, computer generated letters, faxes, etc.) to doctors and other medical personel that contain sensitive information such as patient information, information regarding medications, and/or medical information. They do not have anyone seperate from the QA department to review these mailings to ensure quality and adherence to internal processes, procedures, and compliance. Client needs a quality control analyst to create quality control plans for their communications/marketing division. This person will work with the QA team reviewing technical requirement documents and test plans. They will create and document quality control plans and campaign tables that adhere to all of Client's processes, specifications, and procedures. They will execute the QC plans and campaign tables by creating and running SQL queries against campaign tables. He she will then create SQL scripts for QA validation; finally they will validate data via SQL scripts and internal web applications. This person must be professional and also have the ability to say no regarding QA that doesn't pass quality control, and direct QA what needs to be done in order to be in compliance.
