Short Description Team Lead, Operations & Infrastructure (Identity Management Developer) This position needs to start ASAP!! Complete Description Focal point on IDM applications between shared services, operations and Business Units. Assist with analysis, design, and implementation of technical solutions to meet current and future user requirements. Provide technical assistance on projects throughout the environment. Performs the 3rd level support to help line assistance function, as required, establishing urgency of the problem and owning the problem through resolution keeping the client informed of progress. Performs maintenance review of identity management system functions. Possess a strong sense of urgency. Work effectively within a process driven organization. Process analysis and updates to existing processes. Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to work with direction, but without much supervision is important. Experience installing and supporting Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 3 years requiredExperience installing and supporting Weblogic application servers 3 years requiredDevelopment knowledge in Java and JavaScript 3 years requiredHands on exp with Oracle 10g. Knowledge in Oracle 11g a strong plus 3 years requiredKnowledge of Oracle SQL scripting tools, such as SQL Developer or Toad 3 years requiredExperience intstalling and supporting Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and OIF 1 year desired
