Description

Must have superior expertise with J2EE on IBM WAS, Hibernate, Spring, Struts and Oracle. Must have experience with continuous integrations including automated unit testing Must have outstanding leadership and communication skills Must have a solid track record of delivering projects ontime, onschedule and fully functional Must have Web Services, Nice to have migration experiences from Oracle 1011, WAS 6.06.1 and OTA XML. Scope May function as workgroup leader for a project team or function as a technical specialist Provides financial input on department or project budgets, capital expenditures or other cost estimates as requested Supports existing systems and large projects Supports and develops systems in a minimum of one environment Provides assistance and work direction to aid other associates in their development Key Accountabilities Develops and manages all parts of a project plan with minimal assistance, including schedules, deliverables, and measurements Plans and coordinates complex implementations overseeing quality control of systems functional design and implementation, client operations design and implementation, and client training and conversion Makes short term plans for the team to effectively utilize resources Manages customer satisfaction process taking accountability for addressing concerns Provides estimates of work effort for client projects Functions as a technical resource for other team members Trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriate
