ROLE Helpdesk Analyst 1) Monitoring Incidents in the incident tracking tool (Triaging of tickets and if needed also creating Tickets in Mercury)2) Issue replication, preanalysis and assigning to the technical team concerned.3) Monitoring web alerts (monitoring and escalating alerts data center alerts, application errors, Health check alerts, Availability and performance alerts , batch job failure notices)4) Potentially resolve certain noncode issues e.g., data related issues, password issues, etc.5) Excellent communication skills
