RESPONSIBILITIES Design and deploy Solution Manager CHARM, System Monitoring, and RCAREQUIRED SKILLS Solution Manager 7.0, including experience implementing CHARM, RCA and system monitoring. this is a client facing role. Candidate MUST have Good communication skills including the ability to facilitate requirements gathering.PREFERRED SKILLS BasisEXPECTED DELIVERABLES Solution Manager specifications for Change and Release Management, Root Cause Analysis, and System Monitoring; Solution Manager configuration and deployment for CHARM, RCA and System Monitoring.
