The company was founded by Arlene Harris, 45year veteran in wireless and creator of the highlyregarded SOS emergency phone and Martin Cooper, Father of the first mobile cellular phone.As our San Diegobased Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll lead a motivated team of QA engineers and drive black and grey box testing against .NET front end and back end applications. Your solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case development and web technologies plus your ability to multitask, schedule and run projects, and coach/lead others will be fundamental to your success. In our .NET intensive environment, your experience testing website applications coded in C# on .NET frameworks will allow you to hit the ground running as you generate QA test plans and test cases for web services and websites. An understanding of both automation and manual testing will be key, and any scripting/coding and/or MS SQL Server experience you bring to the table will be a distinct plus. Software quality assurance is a state of mind, not simply a set of skills; your ability to instill a willingness among your team to ferret out the unusual edge cases, the extreme circumstances and to deal with them before they get into production will ensure a highly productive QA environment.
