Description
Teletech has an application known as Hummingbird; it's used for the management of legal documentation. They currently are at version 5.1.x and need to be moved to the latest version of 5 in order to keep progress going on their Active Directory migration.The technical resources that were responsible for the overallarchitecture are no longer with Teletech. The impact is such where their Legal department would be unsupported for use of Hummingbird in AD 2018, possibly completely unable to access their documentation repository.
