Description
The WISELife applications use the Tibco iProcess application server as its workflow engine. We need to upgrade our TIBCO IProcess Engine application server to take advantage of some performance enhancements (single to multithreaded processes and queue caching on demand) and some key defects that are resolved in the latest version. Also the current Tibco iProcess version will become unsupported on September 30, 2009. This upgrade also includes upgrading the Oracle database server that is used by Tibco iProcess to a supported version. Upgrade Tibco IProcess from version 10.3 to 11.0.x. Current infrastructure will be used for upgrade. Tibco iProcess needs to be upgraded at the same time as the Oracle Database. Current versions of Tibco iProcess are not supported as of September 30, 2009 and the Oracle database is currently not supported. Both are a risk to the WISELife environment.
