Founded in 1994, Performance Trust provides advisory and brokerage services to over 400 institutional investors, largely community banks, credit unions and insurance companies, helping them navigate the complex risks embedded in fixed income security portfolios.We are currently seeking a SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT to be part of a team that is developing custom applications in WPF for our analytics platform. Candidate will work on small, wellversed and experienced software development team currently building a highlyengaging analytical software platform. Development of business objects in C#, GUIs and utilization of thirdparty components will be part of the candidate's responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience programming in C#.net and will have worked with WPF, WCF, MVVP, LINQ, XML and Microsoft Composite Application Library (CAL). The person will have demonstrated proficiency in developing user interfaces in a server environment and understand the principles of threading. Personal attributes will include the ability to multitask, contribute to team effectiveness and be a positive, outgoing influence in the workplace. Previous experience in capital markets and basic knowledge of fixed income securities would be a plus. Knowledge of advanced Microsoft technologies including WPF, XAML, WCF and LINQ is imperative and required to be considered for the position. Strong problem solving skills and capital markets experience a big plus. Selfstarter with experience in agile development also a plus.
