Develop new/enhanced processes and interfaces in support of RPS Client Input. Perform research/development activities required for RPS Client Input. Ability to independently do programming debugging, data analysis, and system analysis. Developer will address Client Input issues in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. These positions are long term...6 months by the requirement but most likely going 18 months or so. This is a great environment with a great group of people. We have 6 people in this group currently and receive great feedback from them all on the quality of the environment, the quality of the onboarding. The team is led by Chris Macmillan in the lead role...but Doug Weaver is the manager who is setting the tone. He is looking for people to join his team who are going to help bridge the gap berween IT and the Business, who want to be part of a high performing team and are not looking to code in the basement.
