General Responsibilities The incumbent is responsible for development, enhancement and support of Pega PRPC applications related to business processing. The position is responsible for meeting the needs of internal customers by completing their systems requests in a courteous, accurate and timely manner. Qualifications 1. Two or more years of programming experience 2. Experience in Object Oriented programming languages 3. Experience analysing customer needs, designing new systems and modifying existing systems 4. Experience in a position interpreting and communicating information orally and written 5. Experience in a position requiring the ability to identify and solve problems 6. Experience in a position requiring the ability to organize and prioritize tasks 7. Experience in a position interacting with all levels of staff internal and external 8. Experience in Pega/PRPC development is preferred 9. Working knowledge of Java is preferred 10. Knowledge of BPM techniques is helpful 11. Java Web Services experience is helpful 12. Server administration is beneficial 13. SQL and relationaldatabase experience is desired 14. MQ Series, JavaScript and Swing experience is desired 15. IBM WebSphere Application Server experience is preferred
